Kirsty and Matt were in London for a music festival so we thought it was an ideal time to jump on the train and head upto our amazing capital city for their Pre-wedding shoot…

Sonia and I decided to take part in this year’s Rock Your Shot hosted by the insanely talented S6 Photography - Jon Dennis. We have followed Jon’s work over the last few years since setting up as a photography business ourselves and have always admired his bold style and ambitious shoot locations, often within the depths of the powerfully beautiful Peak District.

Six little tips that will help you achieve an epic confetti shot on your big day!

Lindsay and Jonny were over from New York (They live in Brooklyn- how cool is that?!) for a brief period over christmas and chose to have their pre wedding shoot in Shoreditch and we couldn’t say yes quick enough. It is one of our favourite places in London - its so vibrant and quirky! We met them bright and early in the cool coffee shop within The Boundary Hotel. We went through some wedding details before braving the December cold for the shoot We cant wait to return to Shoreditch again, it really is a photographers dream!

We are incredibly fortunate to get to photograph couples in some pretty epic surroundings in the UK and beyond -  Various locations in England, Wales, Germany and the USA have all been covered so far. Amazing venues.. Cathedrals, Colleges (Eton!).. the grand, the small intimate affairs, garden receptions, they all have their own individual character. ..

As you may know we LOVE NYC, not just a little.. A LOT! It has been a dream to shoot in the big apple and thanks to the awesome Joe and Steve it came true! J+S had a holiday planned to the city that never sleeps and asked if we could join them for their pre wedding shoot…

RS Brown Photography were lucky enough to be approached by Perfect Wedding magazine, the UK'S best selling bridal magazine!! This is our first magazine publication, hopefully the first of many to come..
