Cripps Barn Wedding Photography | Jody + Rich — RS Brown Photography

Jody and Rich chose the beautiful Cripps Barn in the Cotswolds for their big day back in May last year. The barn is a stunning setting to get married but that was always their plan B. Their dream was to get married outside and thats exactly what happened. Their Wedding day was super sunny and really quite hot!

On the morning of the wedding we went our seperate ways as we quite often do - Sonia went to Jody in the lovely hired cotswold stoned house they had for the weekend and Rich made his way to see other Rich (!) who was getting prepped at The New Inn country pub next door!

After a fun filled morning (with some epic gift giving!) we both made our way to the stunning Cripps Barn. Cripps Barn near Bibury in Gloucestershire is a beautiful Cotswold stone wedding barn in the heart of the beautiful Coln Valley countryside.

Upon arriving at the barn we could see that J+R had thought of everything. The personal touches they had were beautiful and although a venue like Cripps Barn alone is enough to impress you, the details and beautiful greenery really added something quite special.

Following the ceremony guests enjoyed the drinks and canapes on the sun soaked lawn before making their way into the barn for the wedding breakfast. This time the meal was a little different. Having a designated guest carving and serving the other guests on their table. We loved that and gave us an oppotunity to capture some great shots!

The speeches were great and so was the party! The entertainment was provided by the awesome band, The Spectrum which ensured a lively dancefloor for the entire evening.

Myself and Sonia finished the day by capturing some sparkler action which we felt was the perfect way to finish what was a wonderful wedding!
